Exercise promotes better circulation.  It is the best cure to all existing diseases but it should be coupled with the right diet, the right lifestyle, and the right attitude.  Walking is a form of exercise.  Some uses brisk walking other uses leisure walking.  Some still go to gym to tone their muscles.  Some just go to work out.  All forms of sports are exercise in mild or strenuous activity.  There are foods taken that needed to be burned.  There are even dietary menus recommended to get the right nutrition and balance diet.  Most doctors recommend frequent exercise but the frequency and the rigidness must never beyond one’s capacity.  Stretching must be done correctly.  Proper stretching exercise will prevent overuse and torn muscles and ligaments.  Always remember that burning fats and calories isn’t measured by how many sweat you give off.  As always, there should be a balance on what you do.
